Overlay on existing LMS content vs enforcement at authoring

This is the real difference between the two products, so it deserves more than a table row.

An overlay such as Panorama accepts the world as it is. Your university has thousands of Canvas courses built over a decade by hundreds of instructors; nobody is going to rebuild them. Panorama scans that content where it lives, shows each instructor an accessibility gauge, explains what to fix and how, and — crucially — gives students an alternative format today, even if the instructor never gets around to remediation. A scanned PDF becomes an OCR'd, tagged document; a long reading becomes audio or ePub; a page becomes a Braille-ready file or a translated version. Where Eduspera fits well

Eduspera fits when you are creating new learning and want it accessible by construction.
